Shipping policy

All pieces are made to order and the estimated production time is stated on each product. 


Please carefully review our shipping policy when ordering our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with Balcone.


Domestic Shipping

We have a standard flat rate of £5 and ship via Evri or Royal Mail with overnight shipping. Shipping costs are non=refundable.


International orders

We offer worldwide shipping with Evri or Royal Mail. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Shipping restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.


Delayed, damaged, lost or stolen packages

Balcone will not be held responsible for any delayed, damaged, lost or stolen packages once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. For more information on any delayed, damaged, lost or stolen packages please enquire directly with the courier.


Customs & import duties

For international orders, additional taxes, customs duties and fees may be added according to the laws of the destination country. Balcone is not liable to calculate or pay for any of these fees. Rejected packages will not be received by Balcone, therefore a refund will not be issued. Please contact your destinations customs offices to get more information on customs, import fees and taxes.
